I'm Chad. I live in Ohio and spend my time thinking about systems, scale, and the quiet work of building things that matter. This site is where I write about what I observe.

My background spans technology and the spaces where human behavior meets digital infrastructure. I'm interested in patterns—the ones that emerge from complexity and the ones we impose to make sense of it all.

I believe in working in public, even when the work is unfinished. Most of what you'll find here are thoughts in progress, observations that might lead somewhere, and occasional essays on topics I can't stop thinking about.
